Jocelyn’s skills have been recognized for multiple consecutive years by the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and the San Diego Association of REALTORS® Circle of Excellence.

Jocelyn’s background in banking and telecommunications armed her with the skills to provide consistent, top-tier customer service. Communication is truly the heart of Jocelyn’s business, and she knows how to listen. Jocelyn specializes in helping clients who are navigating change: first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, downsizers, and seniors. Beyond providing peerless service, Jocelyn actively builds relationships that benefit her clients, from sitting in on her local town council to volunteering in the community.

Jocelyn’s dedication to her San Diego community is a constant in both her professional and personal lives. In 2023, she served as President of AREAA and as Chair for the San Diego Association of REALTORS® Broker Caravan for her community of Rancho Peñasquitos. As she runs a woman-owned business, Jocelyn is driven to lead by example. She brings her spirit of service to various local and national organizations, from being a founding member of Silayan Filipina to volunteering with her church, the American Heart Association, and more. She even co-hosts The Neighborhood SD, a real estate and lifestyle TV show.

Jocelyn is a wife and mother of two teenage daughters. In her spare time, she can be found cheering at her daughters’ basketball games, enjoying coffee and conversation with friends, and even having fun dancing on TikTok.
